Strictly Local Tools: Tools such as our Local AI Chat (/chat), MCP Profiler (/mcp-profiler), Token Counter, file structurer, metadata remover, and PDF-to-Markdown converter run 100% locally in your browser. No data, inputs, API keys, or chat histories from these specific tools are ever sent to or stored on our servers.

Your Files & Text: We do not upload, read, scan, or store the documents, PDFs, or raw text blocks you process using these local browser tools.

Desktop Software Privacy: Our downloadable desktop applications, including Elegxo Soft and Elegxo Notepad (/notepad), operate locally on your machine to maximize your privacy. (Note: These software products are provided under a strict, single-user license. You are expressly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the software).

Account Maintenance: When you register, your email address and password are securely stored using cryptographic encryption. Any other basic profile details provided during account creation are logged in our secure standard database to maintain your user profile.

AI Advisor Logs: For our cloud-assisted AI Advisor, we log the prompts submitted alongside the AI's responses to train and improve our models. These specific logs are securely stored in a database hosted in Singapore. Before storage, they pass through an automated privacy filter to scrub identifying information (such as emails).

Security & Rate Limiting: To protect our cloud infrastructure from abuse and to securely limit the number of automated API requests, we generate and store a secure, random string (token) in your browser's local storage.

Feedback & Support: When you submit a request via our feedback page, your email address and message are stored in our database in standard text format (without encryption). This ensures our support team can easily read your message and respond to your complaints within 90 days or less.

Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track pageviews and improve the user experience on our website. For visitors in GDPR-regulated countries, this tracking is strictly blocked and will only load if you explicitly allow cookies.

Third-Party AI Processing: Prompts submitted to the AI Token Reducer (AI Advisor) are transmitted to Google's Generative AI APIs to generate the response. This data is subject to Google's own privacy policies.

Commercial Datasets & AI Training: Before storing your AI prompts in our Singapore database, we run an automated Data Loss Prevention (DLP) script to scrub Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, emails, and phone numbers. We use these anonymized, scrubbed prompts to train future AI models and may compile them into datasets for commercial sale.

Account Communication: We use your email solely for account authentication and essential service notifications. We do not sell your personal account information (like your email address) to third-party advertisers.

Payment Data: Your credit card numbers and sensitive financial credentials are processed entirely by our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. Elegxo AI does not collect, process, or store your credit card information.

Order Verification: To ensure instant software delivery and provide seamless support, we store basic transaction metadata in our database. This is strictly limited to your Payment ID, Order ID, purchase amount, and payment status (paid/pending). We store these specific details without encryption so our system can instantly verify your purchases.

Cloud Architecture: Our website traffic is securely hosted and routed through Cloudflare to ensure high availability and speed. Our primary user accounts and metadata are hosted on a secure, industry-standard database located in the East US region, while our AI Advisor logs are hosted in Singapore.

Enterprise-Grade Protection: We protect your data using production-level security measures. All data transfers are secured via HTTPS. Our databases enforce strict access controls and Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is completely isolated and protected.
