Frontend Tools: All tools located at the /tools route (including PDF & Image Converter, Image Format Converter, Image Compressor, Merge & Split PDF, Compress PDF, and Sign Document) run 100% in your browser's frontend.

Collab Program: Specific rules and terms governing creator collaborations are available directly on the /collab page.

Usage Restrictions: Our software (including Elegxo Soft and Elegxo Notepad) and website are restricted strictly for your personal or authorized professional use. Software purchases grant a license strictly for a single, individual user. You are expressly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sharing your license, or reverse-engineering our software and website code under any circumstances.

Age Restrictions: Our services and tools are designed for professionals and adults. Our service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

2. Digital Delivery & Access Recovery

Digital Delivery Only: Our products are delivered 100% digitally. No physical goods or hardware will be shipped.

Access Recovery: Upon successful payment, your software access is generated instantly. If you ever lose your access details due to a technical error or misplaced link, please contact us using our feedback page. We will verify your order and resend your access details.

3. Payment Processing & Verification

Payment Processing: Your credit card numbers and financial credentials are processed entirely by our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. Elegxo AI does not collect or store your card information.

Order Verification: To ensure instant delivery and provide smooth customer support, we store basic transaction metadata (Payment ID, Order ID, purchase amount, and paid status) in our database. We store these specific verification details in a standard, unencrypted format so our system can instantly confirm your purchase and grant you immediate access.

4. Refund Policy

General Policy: Because our software is delivered instantly and activated digitally, we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been delivered or activated.

Eligible Exceptions: We will approve a refund strictly under the following two conditions:

Your payment method was charged twice for the exact same order.
You never received access to the software due to a technical error on our side (for example, the download link was not sent or is not working). You must provide screenshot proof of the error (video proof is also accepted but not mandatory).

Processing Time: If your situation meets one of these conditions, please contact us via our `/feedback` page. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 to 30 working days.

Cloud Architecture & Servers: Our website traffic is hosted and routed through Cloudflare to ensure high availability, with main databases hosted in the East US region. For the advanced options in the /dashboard, file processing is handled by a secure, open-source code server. You do not need to worry about file storage, as this server acts solely as a processing environment and does not retain your files.

Strictly Local Tools: Tools designated as local (specifically our Local AI Chat /chat, MCP Profiler /mcp-profiler, and the /tools suite) process everything entirely within your browser. No data, inputs, or configuration files from these specific tools are ever sent to, or stored on, our servers.

Third-Party Integrations & Analytics:

Google Fonts: We load typography via Google Fonts, meaning your IP address is visible to Google's servers when you load our website.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to improve the user experience. For users in GDPR-regulated countries, this tracking is strictly blocked and will only load when you explicitly allow cookies.
Microsoft Clarity: We use Clarity to track user behavior strictly on static public pages (/, /about, /notepad, /privacy, /soft, /terms, /tools). Private workspaces and authenticated dashboards are never tracked.

AI Advisor & Feedback Storage: To train and improve our models, we log prompts and responses from the cloud-assisted AI Advisor. These logs pass through an automated privacy filter to scrub identifying information. Both these scrubbed logs and any form submissions made via our /feedback page are securely stored in a database hosted in Singapore.

Security & Rate Limiting: We protect your data using enterprise-grade security, including HTTPS, Row Level Security (RLS), and strict access controls. To protect our systems from abuse, we generate and store a secure, random string (token) in your browser's local storage. Your email address and password are securely stored using cryptographic encryption.

Data Leakage Disclaimer: While we strive for maximum privacy and build 100% frontend tools, no internet-connected system is perfectly private until it is offline. Third-party infrastructure and diagnostic services used to maintain and improve our website may occasionally and inadvertently capture incidental logs or data by chance during operation.

6. Limitation of Liability & Security Disclaimer

While we build Elegxo AI with strict privacy and security measures, no internet-connected system is entirely impenetrable. You agree to use Elegxo AI entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or unintended modifications that may occur while using our tools; you must always maintain backups of your original files. Even with our privacy protocols in place, if your data, security, or privacy is compromised, Elegxo AI and its creators hold no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
