Data Scrubbing: Before storing your prompts in our database, we utilize automated Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to identify and remove Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, emails, and phone numbers.

Storage & Commercial Use: While you must be a registered user to access the tool, the prompt data we store is stripped of personal data via our automation. We reserve the right to use these scrubbed prompts and AI responses to train future AI models or to compile and sell datasets.

User Responsibility: Despite our automated scrubbing, you agree not to submit highly confidential, sensitive, or proprietary personal information into the AI Token Reducer.

4. Local Processing & File Privacy (Non-AI Tools)

For our local browser tools (e.g., the Token Counter, PDF, and metadata tools), we do not upload, store, or intercept your files or text. All processing happens client-side in your browser, meaning your original files and the resulting outputs remain strictly on your local machine.

5. User Accounts & Security

To provide our services, we collect basic authentication data (email and encrypted passwords). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability & Security Disclaimer

We build Elegxo.ai with strict privacy and security measures, but no system is impenetrable. You use Elegxo.ai entirely at your own risk.
